At Inner Athletics, we deliver educational workshops on performance, stress, and recovery. 

All workshops are grounded in the applied sciences of Positive Psychology and Exercise & Sport Psychology. Our approach is thoroughly researched and evidence-based. We also create space for personal experience.

The workshops may be adapted for 3 and 6 hour formats. You may even combine elements of all three options mentioned below. The pre-workshop consultation phase will ensure the content is relevant to your team or staff.
