The Inner Athletics Research Map© explores how people flourish in life, work, and sport, and the role of movement, mind, and philosophy in this process.
Underpinning most of our research is the science of Positive Psychology and Exercise & Sport Psychology. We draw on both qualitative and quantitative studies and match these against the needs and findings of our own coaching practice.
The aim of our research is to support an evidence base for our coaching interventions with exercise and sport professionals We integrate this with the client's personal experiences and where relevant, examples from world traditions.
The diversity and uniqueness of our clients' stories and backgrounds matter to us. Sometimes clients benefit more from a creative or spiritual approach. Our interest in Jungian Psychology creates space for archetypes and symbols to reveal and rewrite stories.
